All You Need To Know
DO YOU HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?
Saftey is our main concern. We are fully insured via public liability and all our staff are first aid trained and have working with children checks.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
In order to hold any booking a deposit of 20% or $50, which ever is higher, is required. This payment is NON REFUNDABLE unless booking is cancelled by Stress Less Party Hire
WHEN WOULD STRESS LESS PARTY HIRE CANCEL MY JOB? AND WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We will only ever cancel your job if it is dangerous to continue your booking. In cases of extreme weather and winds over 40km for inflatables and marquees.
We require 48 hour notice of cancellation, however please note deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If less than 48 hour notice is given the cost of delivery and or wages of staff may still be billed.
DO YOU DELIVER AND SETUP?
Yes we can deliver anything within Melbourne. Some items include free delivery within 15kms of Greenvale, if outside this radius or the item does not have free delivery included a small delivery charge will be applied.
The only items that include setup in the delivery charge are inflatables. We can setup anything else however there wil lbe a setup and dismantle fee applied
CAN WE HAVE AN ATTENDANT?
If you feel that you may not have time or the resources to man the equipment, we can provide an attendant for $90 for the first 2 hours, then every hour after for $35.
